Hilary Hoge…Raise and Recognition Worthy!!!
Hilary Hoge…she may as well be CIRCA…Someone make sure the west coast divisional VP hears that it was owing to her ability to bring full presence in her professionalism…listening keenly to truly understand my specific pain points from a previous consignment proprietor predicament, remaining pleasantly personable while protecting purchase profitability. That said…I’d like to thank CIRCA for placing trust in Hilary, allowing her to be the type of service described as excellent from this customer. Business is business...and a local competitor lost mine to CIRCA because of her. It’s not the quantity of complaints you receive from client feedback that provides an accurate pulse on performance…at least not with luxury clientele…miserable majority thriving on the dissatisfaction of diminished returns…rather the quality of those rare and exquisite few clients who are so satisfied by their sales service experience that they take time to laud and praise by sharing the details of their genuine gratitude in a written review such as the one you’re reading.
