I placed an online order on a Saturday for a Monday 3pm collection. I arrived at 3.45 and no cake was there and was told I’d have to wait til 5/5.30pm. I had travelled from Camden nw1 to southall and no had tried to make contact before hand to alert me to the delay in the cakes arrival. I was quite irritated by this as I had other things to do before other shops closed which were no in the area of the cake shop.
