No available status on pending requests
I submitted a request for fixing sunken concrete to three companies. The web site told me that my request had been submitted. At this point: - I cannot see my request. - I cannot see the companies to whom I sent my request. - I cannot see the status of my request. When I call customer support, they tell me I need to wait and there is nothing they can do.
