I bought one of your machines and won't buy another.
I bought one of your machines and only had it a couple months when it just shuts off over and over before finishing making a cup of coffee. When I contacted Keurig I was told to find a tube in the machine and poke something throught it . I don't know. I should have been told they should send me a replacement machine. I didn't buy it so I could work on it. I could see if it was a couple years old but 2 months? Terrible product and customer service. I will never buy a Keurig again, I tried to descale it but it doesn't stay on long enough to run a cup through it.
