I placed a simple order for a cast iron skillet but a tangle ensued. After several phone calls, to no avail, Customer Service Agent Jonathan Rodriguez stepped up and solved the problem in a few minutes. Jonathan was courteous and knew what to do, who to call, how to get it done. Within a half hour I had confirmation that my skillet was on the way. Give the man a raise!
