Price guarantee is a sham
I purchased the membership based on their promise to price match. There are a list of things that are not included in the price match policy. The price match system used to work fine, but lately they have made the procedure extremely difficult. They also kept denying price match requests purely based on "we refuse to sell you the product at this price". If you cannot honor your policy, don't sell your membership advertising the price guarantee.
