DON'T USE SINGSAVER. They use systematic delay tactics to withhold your rewards. My Timeline : Nov 11 2025: Applied for Citibank card & met spending criteria.and promised to give me rewards with in 4 weeks by Jan 1. Jan 1 2026: Original 4-week deadline. NO REWARD. Dec 19 2025: Promised by end-Jan. NO REWARD. Jan 30 2026: They admitted their "technical error," confirmed my PayNow was correct, and promised immediate transfer. Feb 27 2026: After a month of silence, they used the SAME EXCUSE they already apologized for! Mar 2 2026: Now asking for another 30 working days to investigate. It has been nearly 4 MONTHS. They likely took the commission from Citibank but refuse to pay the consumer.
