Soap is Wonderful, A Chance to Manage Orders is Crucial to Great Customer Service
Swarva soap is truly awesome! The scent is clean smelling,the lather is wonderful and the mesh bag works beautifully with the soap to enhance the lather. I love everything about it! Why I have only three stars is that I have several subscriptions to keep an eye on and what I dislike the most is when I don’t get a notification to manage my subscription prior to an email saying, “Thank you for your order.” And I’m looking at a $63.00 charge on my card. There is no place to manage my subscription during that time frame. My other subscriptions offer me an opportunity to skip, change dates, or even pause my delivery. As of right now I have 18 bars of soap. Had I given the chance to manage this last order, I would have selected pause for 3 months maybe longer. Like I said earlier, I love your products!
