Thin cardigan received
I ordered a cardigan from Nerdywave. I was quite disappointed when I received it and opened the package. It is extremely thin, to the point it is see through. The print is very 'mute' and not as bright as advertised. Made of very very fine knit which will snag on the slightest catch. Also loose stitching around the buttons. I will still wear the cardigan, but it's not a cold weather cardigan. I left a remark on a Nerdywave Facebook post about their cardigan, and was surprised to receive a message through messenger from them several minutes later asking for further details. I informed them of the problems and although they didn't admit any issues as to why the cardigan is so thin, they offered me a 20% refund which I accepted, and received in my bank the next day. Hope not all the their products are poor quality, but I couldn't fault their customer service.
