I would like to raise a serious concern about the way the platform currently handles translations. At the moment, many interviews and academic lectures cannot be translated because the system repeatedly returns errors whenever certain words appear. This makes the tool extremely difficult to use for legitimate work. I translate academic lectures and interviews by professors, including topics such as mRNA research and geopolitical discussions about the Middle East. However, the system frequently blocks or fails when these words appear, as if they were prohibited terms. This creates the impression that the software is configured in a way that restricts the ability to translate legitimate academic or journalistic content. In practice, this interferes with basic principles such as freedom of expression and the ability to discuss scientific or political topics. If users are paying for access to the platform, they should be able to use it for normal translation tasks without constantly encountering errors or having to replace words simply to make the system work. Having to rewrite content or search for alternative wording undermines the quality and accuracy of translations, especially when dealing with academic lectures where terminology matters. There are many words that currently trigger problems, and in many cases there are no proper substitutes. Replacing them changes the meaning of the text or makes the translation sound unnatural. If a service is paid for, users expect it to function reliably and allow them to translate legitimate content without unnecessary restrictions. I hope the administration can review how the system handles these cases and ensure that academic and informational content can be translated without constant errors.
