My representative, Alex Mellinger, was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of Medicare, and ALL the nuances in-between. Appreciated him taking the time to make sure I understood the options for my specific circumstances. I felt that he was sincere in wanting to provide this service....I didn't feel as if he was just checking off a box. I asked a slew of questions and he provided clear, understandable answers... even when answering several of them over and over!
