They charge for failed calls and deduct credit even when it's "ringing". They refuse to provide a full refund for issues caused by their malfunctioning app - I wouldn't recommend it. Worst international call service for me. In response to the reply below: I wasn't able to make ANY successful call - I don't understand how the duration of a "call" is measured when it's only ringing on my end with no answer. No other service that I have used in the past charge the user for failed calls. More on my experience with the app: - when a call is made the app shows connected when there is no connection (no ringing nothing) - when a call is made, it keeps ringing (I have asked those I contacted, do you see any incoming calls on your end, they all said no. - one time, the call appeared to be connected to a bot (speaking a language none of my callers speak) In other words, I was charged (however they "define" duration) for a service I never received.
