Beware no Grace period for cancellation.
The masseuses are booked on time however this website is definitely not user-friendly. There is absolutely no grace period to cancel a massage and immediate 12% is charged whether you cancel within 30 seconds or 30 minutes. The longer you wait the more the cancellation fee is. Also tip/gratuity is already included whether you enjoyed your service or not.
