I purchased two 90 minute massages for my loved ones and they enjoyed the experience. One person said - it was really nice. She stretched me out and has strong hands. She arrived on time. I would recommend Natchada.
Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this massage service. I want to note that she was very nice and respectful of my home, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not satisfactory. She arrived about an hour late, citing car issues, although she arrived in what appeared to be a new car. During the massage, she was also texting on her phone and receiving notifications, which was distracting and unprofessional. The massage itself was extremely disappointing. She performed the entire massage using only one hand, and the technique felt very unskilled and poorly executed. I specifically requested a deep-tissue massage, but instead of feeling therapeutic, the pressure often felt like she was digging into my skin. Her nails were also uncomfortable and made the experience worse. Overall, it did not feel like she had any training or experience to provide the type of massage I requested, or any massage for that matter I left a tip regardless for personal reasons, as I don't like to perpetuate negative stereotypes or be unnecessarily harsh toward service workers. However, I will not be using this service again, and based on my experience, I would caution others against booking it.
One of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I booked an in-home massage through Bigtoe and ended it early because the therapist was sweating so heavily that sweat was dripping onto my head and neck. It was disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. What made it worse was Bigtoe’s response. After multiple emails explaining exactly what happened, they refused to provide a full refund. Instead, they refunded 50%, gave me a $20 credit I’ll never use, and declared the matter “closed.” I didn’t end the massage because I changed my mind. I ended it because someone else’s sweat was dripping on me. Bigtoe had several opportunities to handle this properly. They chose not to. I would never use this company again and strongly recommend others think twice before booking with them.
I would give zero if I could. Therapist just no called, no notification from the app, and they still charged their fee. It’s a scam.
Big Toe is just a Big DISAPPOINTMENT. It’s not my first time trying to use the service but will be the last. After booking early in the morning for a massage that evening I was booked and cancelled 3 times. The last therapist did so at 4 pm basically making it impossible to replace them at that point. They always charge you immediately and then you must fight for your money back. Even when they fail miserably at providing anything of value. Avoid. Also noted the may have complaints on the Better Business Bureau website as well as Trustpilot. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
I am very happy with services from Domenica. She did a great job working my sore muscles out. She knows how to apply pressure or touch lightly. She doesn’t talk so you can totally relax and let her do the magic. I highly recommend Domenica to anyone that wants a great massage.
If I could give 0 I would. Booked a massage no show wasted over an hour and a half I should have used zeel who I usually use. Horrible I do not recommend. I suffer from chronic pain and this is a medical necessity for me so so so so upset
My massage therapist was very professional and very skilled. She applied the right amount of pressure and provided great suggestion on how to keep it loose. I did not need to provide anything. And I was in my own home, so that was a big plus!!

Sharice (sp?) came to a bachelorette weekend and gave each guest a 20-minute chair massage. She was punctual, professional, and gave an excellent massage. I'm a massage therapist myself and I'm pretty particular; I absolutely recommend Sharice from BigToe.

On time very important and very professional
Malleny was awesome! This being my first time, I wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but liked that she had such resounding reviews. The moment she walked in she greeted me warmly and proceeded to set up very quickly. She arrived ahead of time so set-up didn't eat into my time. Once we started, somehow she had created a spa-experience in my home! Music, aromatherapy, fresh linens, etc. It was the most relaxing massage I've had in a long time! I'm hooked and can't wait to schedule her to come back!
