Nonexistent customer support
The gym and staff were both pleasant, however the customer support and administrative systems are beyond horrible. The membership cancellation system seems to be completely faulty. I've received payment reminders well beyond my cancellation period, and attempts to contact support through their ticket systems have not resulted in any responses. So while the facilities are good and the staff are nice, the administrative systems ruin what could've otherwise been a great gym.
