Zazzel return process excellent
Unfortunately I had a problem with a label for parcel box that was peeling. It was not designed for outdoors. The company process for handling complaints/returns was very efficient and easy to accomplish and response from team was very quick with offers of return for full credit or credit to Zazzle account to spend as required. Very professional. Online companies are only as good as their return process, this one rates high up there.
