Communication with the customer service officer was pleasant, and the response time was ideal. They were able to answer my simple queries and even provided additional information, which ultimately made me feel comfortable purchasing from them. After-sales service was great too. I needed to clarify my delivery time and found out that prescription lenses require a bit more time than the standard 14 working days stated.
