Very good customer service, reply happens quickly, friendly and efficiently. Had a bracelet that I bought a year ago and one of the basalt stones fell out, the I contacted the customer service after more than six months, because I always forgot and being busy with other stuff. But it wasn’t a problem, the response was quick and I received instructions, send it back to get a brand new piece
