I was extremely happy with the quality of my first purchase so when I came back for more I decided to check out their Military Discount. C&C staff responded immediately confirming my discount code and when I had follow-up questions they replied quickly to those as well. Wonderful products and wonderful customer service!
Ordered a ring with a discount. Honoured the refund with the discount amount into a coupon when I returned the item I decided I did not want. Almost instantly and got the refund as soon as they received the item back and bought the piece I preferred! Quick easy and painless. Didn’t have to pay anything to return the item. Was great will order again!
The products are fantastic but the problem is that i can’t order them since every single one of them seems sold out.
I know you guys “don’t rush craft” but at this point you aren’t crafting at all which is a shame since i really wanted that Hermes ring, hopefully you solve this soon.
How would you like it if it was your son’s birthday and you ordered a ring two weeks in advance of his birthday and didn’t receive the ring for another five weeks. When you got the ring it was black and badly tarnished. We sent the ring back and received another ring that was bent. We sent that ring back and you said you would never send a ring out like that, and wouldn’t send another or refund. Instead you kept the rin and said you disposed it. That in itself was ridiculous since silver was $80 and ounce at the time. It’s sad our previous experience was great and now this. You should really check your people in customer service. Poor job! We won’t give you another dime. I’m not sure of the date. My son’s birthday was March 29th.

Hi Cindy,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry that what was meant to be a birthday gift for your son became such a frustrating experience. We understand how disappointing it was for the original ring to arrive with tarnishing, and we're glad we were able to resolve that concern promptly by providing a replacement under our warranty.
When the replacement ring was later returned to us, our team carefully inspected it to better understand the concerns being raised. During that inspection, we found that the ring had sustained significant wear and damage that was inconsistent with its original condition and was not indicative of a manufacturing defect. The condition of the ring was not one that would ever pass our quality inspections or be shipped to a customer, and no quality issue with the replacement itself had been reported prior to its return.
While we always do our best to accommodate customers when unusual situations arise, we also have to make decisions based on the condition of the items we receive back. In this case, the evidence indicated that the ring had been heavily worn and damaged while in the customer's care, which meant we were unable to approve the requested refund under our return policy.
As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer to return the ring to you rather than retain it, even though the return did not meet our policy requirements. We appreciate your previous support of our brand and are genuinely sorry that this experience has changed your impression of us.
***Update in reply to C&C's message: Like I said, buyer beware! C&C is the only jeweler on the planet where "significant wear or damage" can occur from wearing a necklace around your neck perhaps 30 times***
I'd made my 3rd purchase through C&C online from Australia and was very happy until some leather wrap on a necklace from my first purchase broke/tore/failed.
I contacted C&C and they sent me details of what I needed to send, I sent the video, pictures and details.
Their responses were fast, credit there, unfortunately they said "After reviewing the details, we’re sorry to let you know that we’re unable to approve the request", this is a necklace that lasted all of 6 weeks!
Perhaps their warranty and customer service is far better if you live in Nth America, but if you're purchasing for overseas, buyer beware!
Customer Service = 0

Quality = 0

Hi Glen,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience has left you disappointed. We understand how frustrating it is when a product does not perform as expected, particularly after only a short period of ownership.
While all warranty claims are carefully reviewed, they are assessed on a case-by-case basis using the information and evidence provided. Our products are designed to be rugged and durable, but the length of time an item has been owned is only one factor considered during a warranty assessment. Depending on how an item has been worn or the conditions it has been exposed to, significant wear or damage can occur even within a relatively short period of use. Following our review of your submission, the condition of the item did not meet the criteria for warranty coverage under our policy.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but we want to assure readers that our warranty process is applied consistently to all customers, regardless of where they are located. Geographic location does not influence the assessment or outcome of a claim. We remain committed to reviewing every case fairly and individually, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
I ordered a 4mm rope chain from for this company and the chain itself don’t even measure 3mm. I think they just expect their customers to not even notice since probably most of them are naive and don’t know about jewelry. I reached out to them with the pictures they asked for and hopefully they can refund me because I don’t even want a replacement anymore. I will never buy from them again

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to review them. After receiving your inquiry, we escalated the matter to our internal product team and, out of an abundance of caution, conducted an audit of the remaining inventory for this style. Each unit inspected was measured against the product specifications, and our review confirmed that the pieces were consistently manufactured within the intended dimensions of the design.
We recognize that measuring rope chains can sometimes produce results that differ depending on the method used, as the braided construction creates high and low points along the surface rather than a perfectly uniform diameter. While we understand that the chain did not meet your expectations, our investigation did not identify any manufacturing irregularities with this product. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, as it allowed us to verify the consistency of the production run and ensure our quality standards continue to be met.
We understand that you have already submitted a return for this item. If you need any further assistance, please contact our support team again anytime.
I ordered a wallet chain and a bracelet and found the bracelet was too small. After emailing their customer support they directed with a link for an exchange and provided free shipping. I waited about 10 days but there was no update on the exchange. I emailed support again and they resolved the issue within 12 hour period. Customer support was very quick to answer my emails and resolved my issue very quickly. As for the products I received during my purchase and even past purchases, I had no problems with the quality of the items and there was no damaged packaging either.
I've ordered jewelry and cologne several times in the past two years and have been very pleased with the quality and detail in each piece. I definitely will keep going back for more!
I cannot say enough about Clocks & Colours as a company. Their products are awesome and very well made, and the best part is they stand by them as they all carry a warranty. My sterling silver bracelet snapped while playing golf and I was lucky enough to find it; C&C decided it fit the warranty criteria and is going to fix or replace it for me. Customer service response time was ridiculously fast. Feel good about spending your money here.
In reference to your below response:
I do not accept the explanation as sufficient.
Whether the email was sent intentionally or due to a "system error," the result is the same: customers received a promotional offer that was not valid. From a consumer perspective, there is no way to distinguish between an outdated campaign being accidentally triggered and a marketing promotion being intentionally distributed. The email encouraged purchases based on a discount that was unavailable, which is misleading.
If this was truly a system error, a customer-focused resolution would have been to honor the promotion that was advertised rather than simply acknowledge the mistake after the fact. Instead, customers were presented with an offer that could not be redeemed.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the marketing communications they send. Blaming a technical error does not change the fact that customers were induced to shop based on inaccurate promotional information. I remain disappointed with both the situation and the company's handling of it.
I signed up for this company’s sign up list and was immediately sent a welcome email with a BOGO 50% promo. Turned out it was expired. This is fraudulent marketing on their end to lure customers to buy their products when promos no longer exist. This is not ethical business behavior. Do your research, customers. Many other better companies to buy from.

Hello Jayce,
We understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
To clarify, the email in question was sent as the result of a system error that unintentionally triggered an outdated campaign. The promotion referenced in that email was not an active offer at the time, and the message should not have been sent.
We recognize how confusing and disappointing this experience was. While the error was unintentional, we understand that the impact on customers is the same, and we apologize for any frustration caused.
We've shared this issue with our team and are reviewing our processes to help prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. Thank you for your patience and for taking the time to provide your feedback.

Their stuff is very overpriced for what you pay. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Good luck trying to get a refund out of them.

Hey Dan, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the support experience that you received. Our team always aims to accommodate customer requests wherever possible.
Refunds on orders are provided upon the successful return of an eligible order. If your order has not been returned to us, or if it is not eligible for return (such as final sale or clearance items) then this would explain why your request for a refund could not be accommodated.
If you still require any further assistance, our support team continues to stand by prepared to help at [email protected].
Their "Life Time Warranty" is BS Clear diamond-like stones on a ring I purchased turned brown and black. Customer service was not help, they first asked for a video, pictures, and proof of address. and then said, " Sorry, we will not do anything.

Hey Matt, thanks for your feedback about your ring. We're sorry that your warranty claim wasn't approved under our policy.
Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects. We investigated your claim photos in detail, and found that the stones in your ring had not changed colour, but rather the ring itself had collected grime around the stone settings over the 3 years since you purchased the item.
Unfortunately, your ring being discoloured over time due to wear and tear is something not covered under our warranty policy, as it's not an issue with the product itself.
Every claim is measured on a case-by-case basis to account for all situational factors. While we offer policy coverage for a generous and wide range of product defects, our policy is not designed to replace items which are damaged or affected in quality due to care and maintenance issues.
Our team is dedicated to providing all customers with warranty coverage under eligible circumstances, but in this case, we could not approve your claim. Information about our warranty coverage criteria is available and accessible to all customers through our website's help center.
If you need any assistance with any other matters in the future, we remain available to you anytime at [email protected].

I bought the wrong size for a ring by mistake and sent an email to ask if i could get another one the right size, they answered right away (it was 1am btw) and refunded my order with in 2 hours receiving my email.
Excellent service again!
