Fraudulent marketing practices

In reference to your below response: I do not accept the explanation as sufficient. Whether the email was sent intentionally or due to a "system error," the result is the same: customers received a promotional offer that was not valid. From a consumer perspective, there is no way to distinguish between an outdated campaign being accidentally triggered and a marketing promotion being intentionally distributed. The email encouraged purchases based on a discount that was unavailable, which is misleading. If this was truly a system error, a customer-focused resolution would have been to honor the promotion that was advertised rather than simply acknowledge the mistake after the fact. Instead, customers were presented with an offer that could not be redeemed. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the marketing communications they send. Blaming a technical error does not change the fact that customers were induced to shop based on inaccurate promotional information. I remain disappointed with both the situation and the company's handling of it.

Fraudulent marketing practices

I signed up for this company’s sign up list and was immediately sent a welcome email with a BOGO 50% promo. Turned out it was expired. This is fraudulent marketing on their end to lure customers to buy their products when promos no longer exist. This is not ethical business behavior. Do your research, customers. Many other better companies to buy from.
