Thank you! -------------------------- XCloud is a great platform but... Sadly, what lets it down the most is Support. When you have a critical incident related to website security, you need a robust, fast pro-active response. What I had is a slow, lackadaisical response to multiple infections across websites on my server. Not impressed one little bit! They appeared to want me to prove what kind of issue it was instead of pro-actively jumping on the problem.
