Very disappointed with my experience…
Very disappointed with my experience with SKIMS. My order was marked as delivered but I never received the package. I contacted customer service for help and instead of resolving the issue quickly, I was told to wait several more days for an investigation. I’ve already waited and checked everywhere around my property and with neighbours, and the package is still missing. The response from customer service felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially considering this is an expensive order. For a brand like SKIMS, I expected much better customer support and accountability when something goes wrong with delivery. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
