Thank you for your greaaat customer service department. Wow! Haven't seen or had an honest company online in a while besides your basics and even then sometimes things still go wrong and nobody makes it right. Well , to say the least this company SOUFEEL was amazingly helpful and answered back within minutes had my problem fixed within hours and had a new product within days. And, this wasn't even something that the company did on their end it was my fault how I ordered my personalized my order. They didn't care who's fault they were on it and bent over backwards to satisfy my family and I for Mother's Day!! So, thank you again SOUFEEL from our family to yours.
