Wonderful to speak with a real person!
It was wonderful to speak with a real person, not an AI. Amanda listened to my terminal machine issue, identified that it was an uncommon issue and sent me to the correct person who was able to fix the issue. The whole process was fast and friendly despite the issue being one the team had never encounter exactly before. This was refreshing. The experience with customer or technical service with most companies these days is an endless circle of multiple choice questions, none of which apply. I was so happy to speak with a real person who could understand an issue that wasn't an easy and common fix. Thank you.
