How does it take a company 2 months to ship an order? Is this mail order from the 1980's or something? Don't offer it to retail consumers if your volume is so large that you can ignore customers for months while you fill "bigger" orders. This is thousands of dollars of customers' money at stake, and receiving no email confirmation of the order, no correspondence, no status updates, nor anything that even indicates the order acknowledged is unheard of in modern business. I will NEVER order from scottsdalemint.com ever again! I'd rather pay a higher premium and get basic acknowledgement, confirmation emails, responses from repeated support queries, and shipping times of a few days, not 8+ weeks. This business is ridiculous. They might be a "big player" in the precious metals refinery and minting space, but they sure do take advantage of that to step on their customers and completely ignore them. Never again.
