From disciple to disinterest
I loved Zoe initially, as I cook from scratch and I could also add my own recipes to their app. I was very taken with the individual scoring system and loved Zoe recipes too. However as the company has become more popular they are now more interested in selling their daily 30 supplement and their snack bars and feel the company is now just a big money making outfit. On the latest app, It often takes hours or even days to get a reply from customer services and the ability to add recipes is no longer possible. Worse still, despite eating in line with my individual scores with virtually zero UPFS I have gained 9 lbs since 2022. I won’t be renewing after my subscription period.
