Lack of transparency and disorganization
I am extremely disappointed with TrainMore. They have not been transparent and confused me with misleading communication. Very disappointing experience. My confirmation email stated that my membership started on 10 February 2025 and that it was a 1-year membership. I also had a 6-month takeover promotion, but it was never clearly explained to me that these 6 months would be added to the end of the contract, effectively extending it until August 2026. If that had been made clear at the time of sign-up, I would never have joined. I was also later given inconsistent information by staff about cancellation.
