I was helped by Lucy. The first message I should have received was sent to my spam box. Because Lucy sent another e-mail two days later, I was able to see that my item was ready, quickly finish my payment for it and my order was sent out before their new-year's festivities took place. I will say that I am fortunate that my item came quickly, in good shape and nothing was broken. One thing that does bother me is that while I was waiting for my item to be ready, I asked a question that went completely ignored on a potential product I was looking to buy. Looking at these other comments, Lucy was probably very busy helping many customers.
