Diedre is why I changed my account
Diedre spent a lot of time and much effort into helping with my debt issues! We have been with another debt-collection company for nearly a year. The difference in how you’re treated! If she doesn’t “really care,” about her clients, then she is an academy-award winning actress! 🙃 Put her on broadway!! I am comforted when I talk with her. She adds a true personal touch to an otherwise frightening time. I switched my business from the other company here, and if I have to be in this situation, I hope Diedre doesn’t go away until at least I’m finished! ☺️ I am even able to joke like now—when I spoke to Diedre first couple of times, I was crying and felt hopeless.
