Diedre is why I changed my account
Diedre spent a lot of time and much effort into helping with my debt issues! We have been with another debt-collection company for nearly a year. The difference in how you’re treated! If she doesn’t “really care,” about her clients, then she is an academy-award winning actress! 🙃 Put her on broadway!! I am comforted when I talk with her. She adds a true personal touch to an otherwise frightening time. I switched my business from the other company here, and if I have to be in this situation, I hope Diedre doesn’t go away until at least I’m finished! ☺️ I am even able to joke like now—when I spoke to Diedre first couple of times, I was crying and felt hopeless. Best Decision I made
Michael Flores is very professional and patient he takes his time to explain and does not rush the call he answers all your questions until you comprehend Michael treated me as if I was family reassuring me he would be here for me every step of the way addressing any and all my concerns what I liked most Michael did not pacify me I understood my Financial situation was not Good and I would trust the process in making it better and it would take time I left the call feeling confident and happy with my decision.
