My experience with signing up with Guardian litigation group was a challenge because I didn’t realize I’d be approved to have my Debts be taken care of and resolved. Especially myself being in a financial situation and financially unstable due to my hours from my employer been cut! That’s why I’m on a bad hardships…. Thanks again
My program ended and they have enough…
My program ended and they have enough money to pay off this last one they were able to settle. Still in 4 yrs didn't get settlements for 2 and even after I advised them that they did not have authorization to take any money out of my account they still attempted and I had to put a stop payment on it. Then tell them to remove two accounts they failed on and they made it clear it would be done by today and then call and say its not done and supervisors refuse to get on the phone.

This company is the worst
This company is the worst! I had paid them over 11,000 dollars in less than a year to negotiate around 10 accounts. In one year’s time they negotiated with only 2 of those accounts and paid less than 2,000 dollars towards them. The rest of money went straight in to their pockets. I still get collection calls all the time and I finally got sued by one of my credit card companies. I paid extra every month to have legal representation in case something like this happened. Immediately after I reached out to them for help they reached their hand ok it asking for more money to help me. The only thing this company did was steal my money. Please believe me when I say this. You’ll be so much better off if you deal directly with your creditors then you would dealing with these swindlers.

Today I got a message from Alleviate’s Financial Solutions that another debt had been negotiated. I had the real pleasure with speaking to Representative Rick M. who went above and beyond during our conversation. This makes the 7 th. Debt negotiation since I started in December 2025. Each one of the negotiations has been 50% or greater. What stood out in today’s conversation with Rick was his personality… you could truly hear the “SMILE” in his voice. All my experiences with this company has been good…if you are struggling and need that financial mental burden lifted I recommend Alleviate Financial Solutions….
