I wrote a positive review a year ago as things was working out. Moving forward i wish I could take it back we wanted a early out paid the for the service and was given the run around for well over a month and them still withdrawing even more money after being told they wouldn't it's very easy to get started with them but it takes forever to get out of and they all tell you a different lie everytime you call would not and will not ever recommend them to anyone the fees they charge are as much as your what you're trying to resolve needs reported to the BBB

They are only applied after a debt has been successfully negotiated and settled with your approval, and once the first payment toward that settlement has been made. We can confirm that you have successfully graduated from the program, and the remaining balance in your third-party dedicated savings account has been returned to you. We can also confirm that the final deposit did not successfully process. All program fees are outlined in your agreement, and a manager has been assigned to contact you directly to review your account and provide any additional assistance needed. I would not recommend this company. If I could put zero star I would. I feel that I was given misleading information during the enrollment process. I was told that my credit score would be impacted for about 6 months and then begin to recover. However, after enrolling, I learned that my accounts would not be considered resolved until the entire settlement plan is completed, which is much longer than what was originally explained. I also had to follow up multiple times before negotiations actually moved forward. The lack of transparency and inconsistent information made this a very frustrating experience. I enrolled in October 2025, and I am still in the program today. Honestly, I still don’t know how much longer this process is going to take. What was initially presented to me and what I am experiencing now are very different. If I had known the full details from the beginning, I would have chosen a different solution. Unfortunately, I regret signing up for this program and cannot recommend it based on my experience.
