Cerulean Mastercard®

Been A Customer A Few Years Now...

I am sure not everyone has the same terms as myself, but this card is full of upfront fees. I do have full cash limit (meaning the credit limit and cash limit are the same), but not really worth it with all the fees tied to it. Also, with the full cash limit you can only pull out $300/day. The really annoying part is the wait time... You make a payment and it takes two weeks to clear and be applied to your card account. You can't pay with debit anywhere, so you can't speed this process up. I got this card to help build my credit at the time, but now my credit is built, and probably be closing this account in the near future. They ask all the time about your feedback, and have a place to leave feedback on a regular, but they don't really listen when you send a feedback. They just say you signed the contract. Yup, and I can unsign it also or cancel rather. lol If you need to build credit go to Capital One or Merrick. They both have no upfront fees (annual, monthly maintenance, etc.). They both process a payment quicker than Cerulean, and Capital One will apply your payment as soon as it is made even tho you are paying with a bank account. Capital One also has a rewards card, and a bunch of shopping discounts as well. Keep one thing in mind, I contacted this company to ask about if my fees will change in the future. I know some places when you get better credit scores you get better fees or terms. It was an executive that responded to my email, and she was very nice, but did not answer my question. Instead she wanted to tell me about how credit works and the one that topped the cake or boiled my blood is when she said "You signed the contract" in her response!!! I don't need to be reminded of what I signed. I know everyday of what I signed and my obligations. This was right after I had a late fee put on my account, and I did not ask her to return my late fee, because I WAS LATE, so I knew the penalty for it, but she did return my late fee. Anytime a company or person tells you that you signed the contract without actually listening to what you are asking about is not a place that cares about the customer!!! Thank you for reading/listening, and have a great day!!!
