Fast resolve in good customer care
I had an issue with the mat being a little marked. Kyla from your customer service was fantastic throughout the conversations we had in seeking a resolution and her response was fast and efficient. My partner can now begin doing her Pilates from the comfort of home. Very happy in the after care service, sometimes that goes missing after a purchase.
