Absolutely horrendous experience
Absolutely horrendous experience. That feeling of realising you have been scammed $100s. Trying to book a train from Lisbon to Porto, and the first website that comes up in RailNinja. Looks a bit dodgy so I keep scrolling until what I think I’ve found is the official Portugal train website. Put in my travel dates, and it directs me to the railninja site. I thought “wow ok rail ninja must be the original site”. Booked my tickets, at double the price they should’ve been. When I didn’t receive my tickets immediately, I find the actual official site and saw that the tickets for the dates I have chosen aren’t even released, yet they are at half the price! What a scam to pretend to fake the official Portugal train site just for it to redirect you to railninja. Disgusting! Order no. RN-202603-2304441
