Company does not honor its discount codes or Plus product offering
Three issues: 1) The company provided a 20% off discount for signing up on their mailing list; however, the discount never came off the product and there was no place to enter any discount code on their website. 2) I purchased their Teleflora Plus product, which gives you three free deliveries. For my second order, the delivery fee was charged and there was no way to remove it before ordering. 3) There was no customer service rep on their live chat, so there was no way to connect with anyone to fix these issues.
