FM.com was very helpful and responsive…
FM.com was very helpful and responsive in getting a great factory service manual to me. The manual uses many internal links. When a page refers to another page or process, you just click the link, and there is the referenced material. If you've ever used a paper manual full of bookmarks, you know how handy these links can be. I had three classes of links that weren't working in my manual. They all had to do with wiring. FM was very responsive to my emails and provided all the linked information to me. When things don't go perfect on the first go, is when you find out what kind of a seller you are dealing with. FM did a super job getting my manual complete, and always responded quickly to my emails. Next, I am going to replace my paper Lexus RX manual, all six volumes and 30 lbs. of it.
