Incorrect sizes sent, poor customer service
They sent me the wrong size of all of my items and we went back and forth in emails for over a week. They kept asking for more pictures or the same pictures over again. If this isn't fixed, I will be filing a chargeback. Update 3/17 After writing my review and threatening a chargeback, the company has offered to send the correct shirts with expedited shipping. Should they follow through, I will update my review again. Update 4/5 The company made good on their promise and sent me new shirts in the correct size. These appeared to be higher quality than the ones they'd sent before, with different blank tee brands on the label. I have updated my review from 1 to 2 stars. Had I not needed to post this review and threaten a chargeback, I would have reviewed them much higher as the print quality is good, and the second set of shirts I received are the quality I would expect.
