The team was great who came early and helped pack, loved being updated as space was being filled up and boxes packed. Scheduling was easy. The AI tool I probably relied on too much to estimate how much space and time was needed, since I needed more space than what I thought. My only complaint is that more care could have been taken with the floors and one fragile item but probably if I had the space estimate correct then they would have been better prepared.
