Customer Service bought a pair of sneakers from my husband for his birthday. They came in an ugly brown box. They look like they were used. They have creases in the front. Ridiculous I don’t have time to return or exchange until after his birthday They Told me I had to buy another pair first and then get refunded… all I want was a mailing label. Send it back and get my refund. Horrible Customer Service service.
