Worst of all businesses
Worst of all businesses. It used to be a good service, but I am locked out, with no customer support and possibly no way back in, just like other users are reporting! Shocking to know they have my important data and documents, and I can't retrieve anything or even close my account. From what I've read, even paying a subscription to get phone support may not help. I can't really think of a worse outcome for my emails. Avoid!!
