I honestly had a great experience just now with the help from RJ! I had an issue where I had two orders that were basically ruined due to a personal matter having to leave town and he went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer without me having to ask. I also have customer service experience and he handled this with pristine care! Highly recommend and the food is great!
