Poor communication
Poor communication. Poor customer service. I had to talk to different agents to make them understand the issue with a refund situation, first of them said he would solve the case, but it was not like that..the replies were very slow- 4/5 hours ( I supposed this is because of the current situation with the ongoing Middle-East conflict, anyway, they should improve their chat support ) you must recheck the situation multiple times… would not recommend
