SCAM. Item was not listed correctly and they even emailed confirmation that the phone was eSim compatible. No support. Item was in good condition but not as advertised. Customer support simply apologized and said their products are "first come first served" basis. No return or exchange option offered. Stay away. **EDIT: Their response below is trash. They will NOT make this right.
