Eleanor — a perfect example of engineering-first support
I've contacted QIDI support more than once, and every time I'm convinced — this is the most customer-oriented company I've ever dealt with. The latest case: I accidentally broke a part on my printer (my own fault, completely). I wrote to support, not really expecting much. But Eleanor didn't just diagnose the issue quickly — she actually sent me a ready-to-print 3D model of the broken part! I printed it in a couple of hours, installed it, and the printer is working perfectly again. It's rare to see support that genuinely wants to help instead of just sending generic replies.
