Extremely Frustrating Experience I’ve been trying to cancel my account with Verizon Connect for months, and it has been nothing but a headache. Customer service is completely useless. Every time I call, they just “take a message” and say my account representative will get back to me—which never happens. No callbacks, no follow-ups, nothing. My account rep does not answer calls or emails at all. It feels like they just ignore you once you’re trying to leave. Meanwhile, I’m still being charged for a service I’m not even using. All I want to do is pay whatever cancellation fee is required and close the account, but they make it nearly impossible. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
