I would actually give this company zero stars if I could.March 12 I was on United Airlines website when this company popped up with their translator. Looked interesting so I ordered one. after I ordered one translator there were about eight other accessories that could be ordered to jack up the price. I didn't order those. when I got my invoice it was for two translators not one. I immediately wrote to them and explained the problem. The next day, March 13,I got an email from their support team that said they were going to refund me $65.95. great! The next day, March 14, I checked my status and could not find a single thread, in any of my mailboxes, concerning this refund. How does that happen? I wrote to them and received an automated generated response that said there was nothing they could do because I had not submitted my order modification within the 24 hour period of purchase and my translators were shipped.. I called them I got no response. This is a deceptive company. Very, very poor customer service.Great website looks legit, but it seems not. After many weeksThey finally reached out and refunded half of my money that I agreed to. I appreciate that but still, this was not a good experience. I received the translators in the mail, but have not opened the box yet.
