Brooke did an awesome job of helping me through the process of getting a reverse mortgage for my mother. She was very patient with me from the beginning, walking me through uncharted territory and promptly answering all my questions. I was concerned that I would be given the ‘hard, quick, need to get it done now” sell, but that wasn’t the case. It took months for me to do my due diligence because this was my mother’s money and I needed to make sure the decision we would make would be proper.
