Made a mistake on my booking
EDIT: the email response in so many words told me it's their policy and they don't care. I wish I could give ZERO stars. NEVER use them. There are much much better alternatives. Made a mistake on my booking. Only 5 minutes later I realized it and they won't let me cancel or reschedule. This would be illegal in the US where you can cancel tickets up to 24 hours. I know they don't fall under US law, but they obviously don't care at all about customer service. They replied to me with "not our problem". I now have tickets I can't use, and can't get any refund or credit for.
