As a first time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! NHMH made the whole process so smooth, and I'm so grateful to the team that supported our journey. Our first contact was Sam, who made sure we understood every step of the process and was so patient with all of our questions. We were then passed onto Charlotte, who was so professional and took the time to really go through our option so we weren't rushed. Since then, we have been receiving updates from Megan who has been so proactive! With every update, she has ensured we know when to expect the next update from them so we don't feel like we're in the dark which is so appreciated. We recently changed our minds on a detail and Ben on the insurance side has been so helpful with helping us change something. Would highly recommend!
